I’m delighted (actually brought a few tears – whilst simultaneously jumping around the kitchen!) to have been featured for the Spring issue of QEST magazine. It’s wonderful to have been personally selected by Trustee Steve Macleod, the Director of Metro Imaging in Clerkenwell, London.
In answer to the question “Which Scholar has captured your imagination?” he says “I’m fascinated by the craft of Anneliese Appleby… Her botanical drawings are often made in the open air and she has both an appreciation of faithful print reproduction and an enjoyment of serendipity. Her Oak & Acorn pattern is beautiful”.
